Being 100% Responsible

In Ho'oponopono, the Self I-dentity tradition, I take 100% responsibility for whatever appears to me in my experience, and clean this concern - this old memory data from within myself, as there is no one "out there". Ho'oponopono means "to make right" - "to correct an error". It takes us back to the void
, back to zero, back to who we really are. Everything that shows up in my life is a memory, an error, and it shows up in my life to give me an opportunity to let go, to clean, to delete the error - the old data that has nothing to do with the perfection of who I (we) really am. We are perfect, but these old tapes, the memories or data which we have accumulated since birth seem to cloud our perfection. Hence, my job is to constantly clean - delete any data that hides my (our) perfection. As I clean up anything in me that may have anything to do with any cancerous thoughts, judgments, erroneous beliefs of any kind, others are cleaned as well.
I am sorry for any erroneous or cancerous thoughts and/or beliefs that I have ever held about anything or anyone. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.

There’s an old African proverb that I made up…. never stand under the tail of an elephant unless you plan on being 100% responsible for the shit that happens.

Thank you for every opportunity to cleanse!

On Seeing... and Being... Clearly...

What I see is what I am. You are my mirror. If I choose to see you as a murderer, as wicked, as guilty, as a loathsome worm, than that is who I think I am. And I refuse that. I choose to love, accept, and appreciate you, because that is how I choose to be. As I love, appreciate and accept myself, then that is my mirror of you. In turn, I feel good, and that is my highest priority.

Being a True Empath

A true Empath is one who extends compassion and love, fortifies inner power and independence, sees through the illusion of appearances, and heals.

A Sympath extends pity, sees victims, and reinforces a sense of powerlessness thereby increasing suffering, dependence and fear. Sympathy helps no one. True empathy forms a bridge of light.

We do the world so much good when we uplift someone's spirit by seeing through the illusion, and with the process of empowerment. Intending the Highest Good for all concerned, and leaving any imaginings of "what could have been" or imagining and fearing "heinous" experiences for ourselves or others far out of the realm of possibilities.

~LOVE~ SUPPORT~ACCEPTANCE

Hi everyone!

I have been busy cleaning with Ho'oponopono, clairvoyant and clair-cognizant work, angel readings, mothering, and intending the Highest Good for all concerned.

I offer assistance to anyone who desires more acceptance and support in their lives. I provide inspirational support and facilitation for anyone desiring to learn to clean out old data, seeking a beautiful, happy life through questioning their beliefs, eating raw food, and intending their highest good.

You are not your story! With the aid of the Archangels, nature angels, and spirit guides, and learning to be 100% responsible for everything you experience in your life, I can help you separate fact from fiction, and get you back into alignment with who you really are. You don't have to believe in the angels or me, we believe in you - in who you really are!

Without exception, that which you give thought and emotion to determines your experience. I will show you how you can get everything you want out of life, by focusing on your desires, and giving less attention to what you do not want, and help bring balance and clarity to your life.

Discovering how your thinking determines your experience, will help you see beauty in everything!

If you would like some assistance, please leave me a message here, visit me on Facebook, or contact me at my email address: inspiredguide@gmail.com
I work on a donation basis... We can not give without receiving, and we never get something for nothing.

Doing Only What You Love

The following quote is from Abraham-Hicks, and it ties into my topic of Doing Only What You Love:

"You can't see things that are right under your nose when you've been beating the drum that is different from what you are wanting.
It's amazing how things come into place when you use the power of the Laws of the Universe and stop believing you create through the mundane, mediocre, not-very-powerful-at-all action that you muster by dragging your body from place to place. Your action was never meant to be the way you create your reality. The action was the way you meant to ENJOY the reality you created through the alignment of thoughts." San Francisco 8/10/08

I love this! I was just having a discussion with a friend of mine about how beautiful this world would be if everyone only did what they loved doing. She disagreed, and commented that if she didn't make her kids do things they didn't want to do, they would never learn how to be responsible. This to me is someone who is ruling their lives, children, etc., with fear, and of course, where there is fear love is buried. Not doing what you love, but doing things out of obligation, and/or a false sense of responsibility creates stress for ourselves and those who share our space. This weekend she was insisting all of her children help with planting a garden. One of her kids is not that interested in getting her hands dirty. This child, however, is constantly creating beauty around her. My friend was angry and stressed out that her daughter was not helping with the garden, insisting that she had to learn that she must contribute to the food supply of the family to be a responsible family member. It was not a pleasant weekend for them. I suggested that while this girl maybe didn't particularly love getting dirty, that maybe given her interests she might be in charge of making the table beautiful for the family when they sit down to eat. If she's into cleanliness, doing the dishes may be her happy contribution. Love does make the world go 'round, and love does it so beautifully, and without stress!

Teaching responsibility by making our children do something that they do not love, creates children and adults who are not only unhappy, but usually not very responsible. What do you think the world would be like if everyone only did what they truly loved doing?

Want Excellent Healthcare?

I have to get up on my soapbox here, and say a few words about what seems to be confusing to a lot of people. It seems that healthcare in this country , and around the world, is a highly sought after commodity, and yet the way most people try to procure health seems to go in the complete opposite direction to where health lies. In order to heal, it seems to me that it makes more sense to stimulate LIFE in the body, and yet most people believe it's necessary to kill something off in their bodies before health can prevail. Not much on this planet thrives by annihilation, but where life is nourished, nurtured, and supported flourishing happens! Fear, which is the root cause of all disease, breeds the desire to eradicate rather than stimulate. Fear shuts down, belittles, disallows. Love (fear's opposite) supports, expands, calms, includes, and allows.

When one is not feeling 'right', the tendency of most people is to go looking for what is wrong. How many people go to a physician for help, and ask them to find all the things in their bodies that are working normally - properly, and then put their attention on all these marvelous functions, giving support to the trillions of cells that are doing their jobs in alignment with the infinite organizing power? People usually go to physicians to seek out disease. The doctors do scores of tests, put all their energy and focus into finding what is wrong, and then when the physicians find something, they name it, concentrate on it, pay so much attention to it that it can do nothing but manifest into reality, and then after creating it, turn their attention on attempting to annihilate it with knives, drugs, suffocation, poisons, etc.

If we want to support and have truly competent healthcare, then my suggestion would be to honestly put our attention on health and well being, to stimulate more life in our bodies, minds and spirit, and stop focusing on thinking we must kill something in order to live and be healthy. What we put our attention on becomes our reality. It would do us all well, to listen to our inner guidance systems, to make our highest priority each day be to feel good, because when we feel good we are in alignment with who we really are - with the health of our being, with life itself. Do what you love, question any stressful thoughts you are believing, and experiment for yourself. Taking other people's word as gospel, blindly believing in some so-called 'scientific study', or looking for something outside of one's self to save them only keeps one duped, scared and feeling powerless. The world would like us to believe that we are not smart enough, or authorized enough to know ourselves - to know what we need, or how to take care for every aspect of ourselves. No one, no matter how much education they have had, can possibly know you better than you do yourself. This, of course, requires trusting oneself, knowing oneself, and questioning what we are believing to see if something everyone believes is true for us or not!

When you hear about someone who has some dreaded disease, the most beneficial thing you can do for yourself is to stop thinking you could be next! That suggestion of disease can belong to them if they want it, but it can't touch you unless you allow it in. If you don't want it, for heaven sakes don't accept it! You can't catch something from someone else, you can only invite it in, and claim it for yourself. Fear is the source and fuel of all disease! If you would honestly like to put a halt to the spread of disease, then stop fearing and spreading the suggestions of disease. The media loves spreading suggestions of disease and does a plethora of this daily. Mysterious diseases do not come out of the woodwork and attack us. They begin with rumors of some evil - lies believed and spread and fueled by fear. Actually, the only thing in this universe that is contagious is Love and laughter. Love, appreciate and accept the wonderful being that you are. Focus on what is right and good and healthy about you. That alone is a powerful life stimulator! Even if the only thing on your body that doesn't hurt is the tip of your little finger, then give that wonderful, pain free spot all of your attention, and watch the goodness and health spread. Or you can give all of your attention to one spot of disease, and watch that grow. The choice is ours. Benefit us all and choose to focus on life!

Avocado Pit in Green Smoothies

(Reprinted from The Raw Family's Newsletter - RawFamily.com/news Victoria Boutenko)

Last summer at the Raw & Living Spirit Retreat, my friend Gabrielle Chavez introduced me to a green smoothie made with an avocado pit blended as a part of its recipe, Since then I have been experimenting with adding avocado seeds to my smoothies, and now I use them frequently. Here is some information that I gathered about the nutritional properties of avocado seed.
The total antioxidant capacity and phenolic content of edible portions and seeds of avocado, jackfruit, longan, mango and tamarind were studied. … The seeds showed a much higher antioxidant activity … than the edible portions. The contribution of all the fruit seed fractions to the total antioxidant activity … was always more than 70%. Source

“Avocado seed contains relatively low amounts of calcium and magnesium, somewhat higher amounts of phosphorus, and high amounts of potassium.” Source

The seed of the avocado contains tannins, and these make it bitter or "puckery" to the taste. And some of the tannins can be mildly toxic, though an individual would have to eat a lot to see any effects, unless that individual had a food allergy. Source
Dr. Tom Wu: When I eat the avocado I always eat the seed. It is packed with very good nutrients. It has the life force. It is a very high Qi food! It’s also the highest in soluble fiber. This soluble fiber binds to the fat and excess cholesterol. Then we can lower cholesterol and improve heart function naturally. We can improve the blood circulation by pulling out all the fatty deposits in our circulatory system with the soluble fiber of the avocado seed. Soluble fiber is very difficult to get in our diet. Oatmeal has some, but it cannot compare with the avocado seed. Any heart disease patient must eat the avocado including the seed. Source
Based on these and other facts, I concluded that adding avocado seed in small proportion can be beneficial for nutritional needs. Also I have noticed that it helps to make a consistency of some smoothies less frothy, as in case with green smoothie that contains apples, cucumbers, or pineapples. I like to add ½ half avocado seed per 32 oz of most of my green smoothies; then it doesn’t affect the taste of smoothie but makes it a little thicker and provides additional nutritional benefits. Here is a sample recipe.
Sweet and Sour Delight

4 Fuji apples, sliced
2 medium lemons without peel
1 banana, peeled
1 bunch parsley
1 cup spinach
1 stalk celery
Small piece ginger
½ avocado seed

Yields: 32 oz
